Together on 2nd started with a simple belief:

The best bars are not built around alcohol. They are built around people.

I grew up in rural North Dakota where inclusiveness was not always something people truly felt. Over time, I found places where friends gathered,

conversations flowed, and for a few hours the outside world felt a little lighter.

Those places mattered.

The memories from those nights were never really about the drinks.

They were about the moments.

The nights where you could forget about a long day at work. The nights where friends helped you through something difficult. The nights where laughter and connection made everything feel a little easier.

That is what truly creates a great bar.

After moving to Davenport a couple years ago, I quickly grew to appreciate the people and the sense of community here. It became clear that this was the kind of place where something special like Together on 2nd could exist.

Together on 2nd was built on that idea.

Our goal is to create a place where people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. A place where friendships grow, conversations happen, and everyone feels like they belong.

Because at the end of the day, we do more than pour drinks here.

We build friendships. We build community. And hopefully we build a lasting. legacy of belonging and togetherness.

Because the best nights are the ones you share together.
